Welcome to Falkon Podcasts (“we”, “us”, “our”). By booking or using our podcast and recording studio facilities located in Cheshire, you (“the client”, “you”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking.
1.1 All bookings must be made through our official website or an authorised Falkon Podcasts representative.
1.2 Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your session.
1.3 No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
1.4 Bookings may be rescheduled up to 48 hours before the scheduled session. Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the session cannot be accommodated and the session fee will be forfeited.
2.1 Clients and guests must conduct themselves responsibly and treat the studio space and all equipment with care and respect.
2.2 No smoking is permitted anywhere within the studio premises.
2.3 No food or drink is allowed in the studio except for water or with prior written permission from Falkon Podcasts.
2.4 Clients must follow all instructions provided by Falkon staff while using the studio.
2.5 Equipment must not be misused, tampered with, or operated without Falkon supervision. A Falkon team member will always be present during recording sessions.
3.1 While we maintain our equipment to a high standard, Falkon Podcasts accepts no liability for any technical issues, interruptions, or data loss that may occur during or after your session.
3.2 Clients are responsible for backing up their recordings and files.
3.3 Falkon Podcasts shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage, or injury sustained by clients or guests while on the premises.
3.4 Falkon Podcasts accepts no liability for any copyright or intellectual property claims that may arise from the recording, publishing, or distribution of material created within our studio. Clients are solely responsible for ensuring they have the necessary rights and permissions for any content they record or distribute.
4.1 Any editing or post-production services provided by Falkon Podcasts include one round of amends. Additional edits or revisions may incur extra charges.
4.2 The standard turnaround time for paid editing services is five (5) working days from the date the client provides all required materials, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Falkon Podcasts reserves the right to refuse service or terminate any session if a client or guest behaves in a way deemed inappropriate, unsafe, or damaging to property, equipment, or staff. In such cases, no refunds will be provided.
6.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
6.2 Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in England.
6.3 Falkon Podcasts reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available at https://falkonpodcasts.com/terms-conditions/
